To this end, Ecatec plans its quality objectives, which are periodically reviewed and evaluated by our Quality Committee.
Ensuring quality is the responsibility of the management and reaches all levels and all the company’s personnel. This Quality Policy is communicated and understood within the Organisation and may be consulted by any interested external agent, and will be reviewed for its continuous adaptation to the Quality Management System.
Objective andscope
The aim of the code of ethics is to establish the principles of behaviour that govern the company Elaboradora de cauchos técnicos, defining guidelines for conduct in relations with the people, companies and institutions with which it interacts, which is known and respected by all its employees.
The definition of correct behaviour will take into account and seek the orientation of people towards the guidelines described in the sections Mission, Vision and Values of the company. The code of ethics is mandatory. All employees of the company must follow its guidelines and it is their duty to communicate, using the defined channel, when they are breached by any person or entity.
The company understands that the prevention of irregular conduct related to criminal or other offences requires analysing the risks in this area and ensuring that all employees are aware of the code.
The scope of application of the code of ethics includes all directors, managers and employees of the company, regardless of the type of contract binding them to the company.
