Ecatec develops and manufactures all types of gaskets in the gas and smoke sealing sector, based on rubbers, silicones and fluorinated products. Ecatec carries out the manufacturing process by moulding or extruding by profiling and bonding with silicone adhesives or vulcanised joints to form annular seals.

Both the RAU-SIK 8508 material combination and its bonding are certified by TUV (according to DIN EN 14241 Part 1 200 W2 K2 l). This is an independent accreditation of Ecatec’s quality requirements. Ecatec’s gas and smoke exhaust gaskets can be used for condensing gas fireplaces, duct chimneys, ventilation ducts and other applications.
